Abstract
|

In determining the lipase actives manually. Emulsion with sera is incubated for 6 hours in the clinical laboratory.
Therefore, we are interested- in the lipase activity increase by the various activators under the best reaction -condition known".
Preliminary check has been done by our experimental condition by using Monitrol II. And allowable limits of error has come out of further tests.
As shown by Table through 11 and Fig. 1 , some chemicals have enzyme activating effects. 3 groups are found in the experiments
Inhibitors n=Octyl_ alcohol, NaF, NaCN
No effectors: LiCO? NaNO,, ZnSO
Activators : CaCI? Desoxychollate, Bile, MgCl, & NaCI ..?...
We are proposing the use of NaCI(68.4 mM) as a-activator of a quick lipase tests in the clinical laboratory.
